ART CAN DIE Italian surrealist symbolist artist painter Alessandro Sicioldr

Born in Tuscania (1990), Alessandro Sicioldr is an Italian painter and modern symbolist. He combines the painting skills of an old Flemish master with the colorful harmony of a Renaissance Mannerist, and seems to share an interest in the irrationality and exploration of the human psyche as a surrealist would do.

& IL MAESTRO O LA VOCE

by ALESSANDRO SICIOLDR

WORK 01

INCORONAZIONE (2022)

130 x 190 cm - oil on linen

For the occasion of the NEW ARK EXHIBITION | Bangkok, ART CAN DIE presents two of Alessandro’s latest paintings.

Closely related to the theme of the exhibition, both express the desire for a new divine future.

ALESSANDRO'S WORK

Alessandro illustrates stunning and dreamy scenes inhabited by protagonists coming from another futuristic dimension, although representing his own interiority and subconscious.

The artist depicts creatures of his own mythology as if he is trying to reconnect with a lost and divine past. His mysterious works, highlighted by a technical mastery, struck you with a sense of untouchable beauty and melancholy.

"Rules and boundaries are useless when dealing with metaphysics, so I just let my inner world speak without asking questions."
